MOORE; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on December 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 40, UNIT 10 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 1 THROUGH 101 (INCLUDING PAGE 42), OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA ALSO DESCRIBED AS LOT 14, BLOCK 40, UNIT 10 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 252, PAGE 466 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
