NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 11/09/2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-050228 Div L of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and WAPO INVESTMENTS, LLC, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., WILLOW BROOK AT PARKER LAKES II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, PARKER LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on December 10, 2012, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
