NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated , entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-052999, DIVISION: I, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EVERBANK is Plaintiff, and BRIAN G. BOGART; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN G. BOGART N/K/A AMANDA BOGART; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CAROLINE COFFEEN, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 9 day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
