NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated November 9, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-053593 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2004-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-1, is Plaintiff, and JAVIER OTERO; KELLY OTERO; RBS CITIZENS, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are Defendants.
