NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST ELEANOR BATTISTINI A/K/A ELENOR BATTISTINI, DECEASED; JOSEPH N. MARCHIONE, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ELEANOR BATTISTINI A/K/A ELENOR BATTISINI, DECEASED; DAVID MARCHIONE A/K/A DAVID D.
