RICHARDS AS TRUSTEE OF THE RICHARDS LIVING TRUST, DATED JULY 31, 1995 AS AMENDED JANUARY 4, 2006; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE RICHARDS LIVING TRUST DATED JULY 31, 1995 AS AMENDED ON JANUARY 4, 2006; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE CIVIC ASSOCIATION OF IMPERIAL HARBOR, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A BARBARA RICHARDS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 9 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
