NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 8, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-3458-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 10 day of December, 2012, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 1017, Building 10, of ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, thereof, as recorded under Clerk's File No. 200600154122 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of the said Condominium. (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
