Trust 2006-HE6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE6 is the Plaintiff and Nigel Diaz, Yudima Fernandez, New Century Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash At www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 7 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
