Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 9, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND IN LOT 17, BALLARD ESTATE UNRECORDED, IN THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

and commonly known as: 1457 HEIMAN AVENUE, FORT MYERS, FL 33905; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: on December 12, 2012 at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
