NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 9, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-052414 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Lee County, Lehigh ESTATES, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 AM on December 10, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 20, Block 12, Unit 3, Lehigh Estates, Section 32, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 83, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
