NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2012, and entered in 11-CA053519 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and GARY M. KENNEDY A/K/A GARY KENNEDY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY M. KENNEDY A/K/A GARY KENNEDY; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on January 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BLOCK 12, ADDITION TWO, SECTIONS 5 AND 6, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 151, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
