NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-056017, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and THOMAS J. MANNING; THOMAS J. MANNING, AS PERSONAL PREPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF THOMAS J. MANNING, DECEASED; STEVEN T. MANNING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. MANNING N/K/A GRACTIA MANNING; SOUTH POINTE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE II, ASSOCIATION INC; SOUTH POINTE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants. UNIT 29B, SOUTH POINT VILLAS PHASE II, UNIT A, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1356, AT PAGE(S) 1935, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, AS MAY BE AMENDED.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
