NOTICE is given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, Filed November 9, 2012, in the above styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the foreclosure sale conducted online via the Internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com on December 10, 2012 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, the following described real property:
Parcel 1:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 5268, Unit 82, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page(s) 113 through 126, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Lots 41 and 42, Block 5197, Cape Coral, Unit 83, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page(s) 41 through 54, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
