GILLIGAN A/K/A JAMES GILLIGAN; ANTOINETTE GILLIGAN; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; TERRA VISTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TERRA VISTA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 9 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 7 OF TERRA VISTA, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2007000082359; AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2007000084428; AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH AND CONTAINED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
