YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the real property in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 14, 15, 16 and 17, Block 63, Unit 5, Replat of Tract “A,” Section 25, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, LEHIGH ACRES, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 26 at Page 143, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve your written defenses, if any, to the plaintiff's attorney, Lauren A. Cascino, Esq., whose address is The Rosenthal Law Firm, P.A., 4798 New Broad Street, Ste., 310, Orlando, Florida, 32814, within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
