NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Partial Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on December 14, 2012, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
A part of Block 4562, Cape Coral Unit 68, Part 1, according to Plat Book 29, Page 13 of the public records of Lee County, Florida, described as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of S.W. 12th Avenue (60' wide) and the centerline of S.W 4th Street (60' wide) run N 65Ëš10'18” E along said centerline S.W. 4th Street for 750.46 feet; thence run N 24Ëš49'42” W for 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; from said Point of Beginning run along the south right-of-way line of S.W. 4th Street N 65Ëš10'18” E for 574.23 feet to the beginning of a 25.00 feet radius curve to the Northeast, said curve having a central angle of 90Ëš00'00”, a tangent of 25.00 feet, a chord and chord bearing of N 20Ëš10'18” E for 35.36 feet, run along the arc of said curve for 39.27 feet to an intersection with the West line of Skyline Boulevard (100' wide); thence run N 24Ëš49'42” W for 220.00 feet to the beginning of 25.00 feet radius curve to the Northwest, said curve having a central angle of 90Ëš00'00”, a tangent of 25.00 feet, a chord and chord bearing of N 69Ëš49'42” W for 35.36 feet, run along the arc of said curve for 39.27 feet to an intersection with the south right-of-way line of Pine Island Road (S.R. 78); thence run S 65Ëš10'18” W 574.23 feet; thence run S 24Ëš49'42” E for 270.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
