NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 9, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-051910 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Lehigh Acres, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9 day of January, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 26, Block 38, of Country Club Estates, Section 34, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 110, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
