NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 9, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-050222 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7 day of February, 2013 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot(s) 45 and 46, Block 5713, Cape Coral, Unit 87, according to the plat recorded in plat Book 24, Page(s) 67-87, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
