NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 15, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-062659 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on 17 day of December, 2012 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 2-B OF PALM FROND CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1598, PAGE 479, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
