NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 26, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-050217 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-W2, is the Plaintiff and KURT D. DEJESUS A/K/A KURT DEJESUS; YVETTE DEJESUS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JASMINE DE JESUS are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on January 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 100, UNIT 14, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
