NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-060849 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC , is the Plaintiff and Arthur L. Zuel, Bertha Elaine Zuel, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 17 AND 18, BLOCK 901, UNIT 25, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 90 THROUGH 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
