NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Awarding Attorney's Fees and Costs filed on November 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-050634, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. TOWNHOMES I AT BELLA TERRA ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and GREGORY W. EVANS and REGINA M. EVANS are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m., on the 17 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Judgment and Supplemental Order, to wit:
Unit No. 108 of Seaside, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1370, Page 413, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration. Parcel ID# 28-46-24-W4-02300.1080.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
