Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 203, of Building No. 30, of Southbridge Condominium No. 5, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2554, at page 603 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any and all amendments thereto.
