NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-3271 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Building No. 2, Unit No. 212 of RENAISSANCE CONDOMINIUMS, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded as Clerk's Instrument No. 2005000094005, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
