NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-2112 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 19 day of December, 2012 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, HEATHERSTONE AT ROOKERY POINTE, as recorded in Plat Book 78, page 24, as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in Lee County, Florida (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
