NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 15, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-062195 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17 day of December, 2012 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 6-202, of Meadows of Estero, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of condominium thereof, recorded in Instrument No. 200500036677, of Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
