NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-051226 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JEROLD GREENFIELD, DEBORAH A. GREENFIELD, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NA, and SEASCAPE OF LITTLE HICKORY ISLAND, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 505, BUILDING D (A/K/A UNIT D-505), oF THE SEASCAPE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1279, AT PAGE 0983, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
