NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 25, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-1499 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, that I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 17 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 4304, Building 43, Phase 3, THE PRESERVE AT COLONIAL SECTION I, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Instrument 2005000112067, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Instrument 2005000130409, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Instrument 2005000130423, of the Public Records of Lee county, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
