NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 19 2009, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-052607, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC8 is the Plaintiff and LUIS J. MEDRANO AKA LUIS MEDRANO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A JUAN NUNEZ are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on January 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 3, BLOCK 24, UNIT 1, LEHIGH PARK, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
