NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated , and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-054461 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and RYAN POWELL, COLONIAL OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC., LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., 123 LOAN LLC, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on January 16, 2013, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 34, Block 1, COLONIAL OAKS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 71, Page 60, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
