The clerk of the court, Charlie Green will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on December 20, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 11, THE RESERVE AT BUCKINGHAM, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN BOOK 64, PAGE(S) 44 AND 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
