certificates, series 2006-bc4 is the Plaintiff, and, ARTHUR C ALLEYNE; SHIRLEY J ALLEYNE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on January 4, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
