NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-055686, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and JASON M. JORDAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON JORDAN N/K/A NATALIA JORDON; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants . . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 20 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 & 18, BLOCK 5689, UNIT 87, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 67 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
