NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-052171 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, the bank of new york mellon f/k/a the bank of new york as trustee for the certificateholders cwabs,inc, asset-backed certificates, series 2006-25, Plaintiff, and, GREGORY W. KRABILL, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 21, 2012 at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, for the following describe property:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 3207, UNIT 66, CAPE coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 22, pages 2 to 26, inclusive of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
