ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13 is the Plaintiff, and JEFFERY A BRITTON, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 29 AND 30, BLOCK 3758 UNIT 51, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 2 TO 16, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 19th day of December, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
