Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit No. 2, CAPRI LAGOONS UNIT V, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 54 and 55, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4973, Page 580, et. seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
The Real Property has an address of 12458 Capri Circle North, Unit #2, Treasure Island, FL 33706.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash on December 10, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
