NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-013966 CICI 13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER SECURITIZATION SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2005 STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE-PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR1, is Plaintiff and Peter H. Vail; Bent Tree Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Clear Choice Windows and More; Jean M. Vail, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 8, Bent Tree Unit One, according to the PLat thereof in Plat Book 70, Page 69 through 72, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
