Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lots 24 and 25, L.H. MALONE'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 35 and 36, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. LESS that part of said Lots 24 and 25 lying within 30 feet of survey line, State Road 595 (Alternate US Hwy. 19) also known as Bayshore Blvd., deeded to the State of Florida by deed recorded in O.R. Book 137, Page 347, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. ALSO LESS, that triangular portion of Lot 25, described in Final Judgment recorded in O.R. Book 358, Page 641 and in Warranty Deed recorded in O.R. Book 1453, Page 174, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. (Description of the triangular portion vary slightly).
Also known as and more particularly described as:
Beginning in the northeast corner of said Lot 25, thence South 00 degrees 37 minutes 55 seconds West, along the westerly line of Seaboard Coastline Railroad (a 100 foot right-of-way), a distance of 200.33 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 24; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes 25 seconds West along the south line of said Lot 24; a distance of 222.00 feet to a point on the easterly line of Bayshore Blvd. (SR 595/US Alternate 19, a 60 foot right-of-way), thence North 04 degrees 16 minutes 15 seconds West along said easterly line a distance of 196.03 feet; thence North 67 degrees 13 minutes 11 seconds East, 12.61 feet to a point on the southerly line of Wilson Street; thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes 25 seconds East, 227.19 feet to the Point of Beginning.

All of the following described properties and interests, now owned or hereafter acquired by Debtor, and all accessories, attachments and additions thereto and all replacements or substitutes therefor and all products and proceeds thereof, and accessions thereto:
A. All of the property, personal or otherwise, now or hereafter attached to or incorporated into or used in or about the real property described on Exhibit “A” attached to this UCC-1 and all improvements thereon (collectively, the “Real Property”), including, without limitation, all fixtures, building materials, inventory, furniture, appliances, furnishings, goods, equipment, and machinery and all other tangible personal property now or hereafter affixed, attached or related to the Real Property or used in connection therewith;
B. All accounts, inventory, instruments, chattel paper, documents, consumer goods, insurance proceeds, surveys, plans and specifications, drawings, permits, licenses, warranties, guaranties, deposits, prepaid expenses, contract rights, and general intangibles now, or hereafter related to, any of the Real Property;
C. All rents, income, receipts, revenues, issues and profits arising or related to any portion of the Real Property, including without limitation, minimum rents, additional rents, percentage rents, common area maintenance charges, parking charges, tax and insurance premium contributions, liquidated damages following default, premiums payable by any tenant upon the exercise of any cancellation privilege provided for in any lease affecting the Real Property, and all proceeds payable under any policy of insurance covering the loss of rent resulting from any untenantability, together with any and all rights and claims or any kind which Debtor may have against any tenant or any other occupants of the Real Property;
D. All general intangibles relating to the development or use of the Real Property, including but not limited to all governmental permits relating to construction on the Real Property, all names under or by which the Real Property may at any time be operated or known, and all rights to carry on the business under any such names or any variant thereof, and all trademarks and goodwill in any way relating to the Real Property;
E. All water rights and water stock relating to the Real Property that is owned by Debtor in common with others, and all documents of membership in any owner's or members' association or similar group having responsibility for managing or operating any part of the Real Property;
F. All proceeds and claims arising on account of any damage to or taking of the Real Property or any part thereof, and all causes of action and recoveries for any loss or diminution in the value of the Real Property and all rights of the Debtor under any policy or policies of insurance covering the Real Property or any rents relating to the Real Property and all proceeds, loss payments and premium refunds which may become payable with respect to such insurance policies.
