Notice is given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 12-3775-CO-40, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Plaintiff, is HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, INC. and the Defendants are ALEXANDER D. DIMOV and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXANDER D. DIMOV, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 11404-1, Building 4, as shown on Condominium Plat of Windward Pointe Condominium, a condominium according to the Condominium Plat Book 51, Pages 106 through 136, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed June 16, 1981, in Official Records Book 5206, Pages 1985 through 2108, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached hereto and made a apart thereof; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
More commonly known as: 11404 3RD Street North #1, St. Petersburg, Florida 33716.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
