NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 06, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10010335CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and LORI W. WEAVER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 10, Building B, THE PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 137, Pages 1-7, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14366, Pages 833-889 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
