SABINA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY S. SABINA; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/12/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
