NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 30, 2012, entered in Case No. 2010 10159 CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GENEVIEVE E. MCCABE; ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CAROL A. ROBINSON and PASADENA COVE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on December 19, 2012 at 10:00 a..m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
UNIT 207, PASADENA COVE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 4, BLDG. 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS/CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE(S) 23, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
