UNIT 1951, BUILDING 14701, PHASE 4, SHIPWATCH NINE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 113, PAGE(S) 74 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8503, PAGE(S) 149, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before December 26, 2012 a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R. Wellborn, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 350 Jim Moran Blvd., Suite 100, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
