NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-000563 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES (FHAMS 2007-AA1), BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is the Plaintiff and , JOSEPH R. SHANABARGER; and RUSTLEWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and RBS CITIZENS, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; and UNKNOWN TENANT#1 N/K/A BASMA SALAMAN are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 14th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:

A-208, BUILDING A, RUSTLEWOOD AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 46 THROUGH 51, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4665, PAGE 132, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
