NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522010CA017560XXCICI / 10017560CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ELISEO SANTANA A/K/A ELISEO SANTANA, JR.; THE PINEBROOK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; NEREIDA SANTANA; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A LUZ RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14th day of December, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK H, PINEBROOK ESTATES, UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGES 88 THROUGH 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
