Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated November 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 12-001407-CO-042, in the COUNTY COURT for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein LAKE TIFFANY STAGE ONE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JANIS D. SHOVAN, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 204 and the undivided percentage of interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of LAKE TIFFANY ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 5924 at page 1269 and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 82 at pages 47-54 both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of January, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
