NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 24, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2010-010819-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP is the Plaintiff and KENNETH L RIGSBY, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of December, 2012 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 29, Imperial Park, Unit 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 33 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
