NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2012, entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-011263-XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Suzette Rich, a/k/a Suzette M. Rich; Unknown Spouse of Suzette Rich, a/k/a Suzette M. Rich; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Apex Lending, Inc.; Harbor Hills Property Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant#1 and Unknown Tenant#2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 92, BLOCK J, HARBOR HILLS THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 69 AND 70 OF THE PUBILC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
