Ken Burke, CPA, the Clerk of the Court of Pinellas Countyshall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on December 11, 2012,at 10:00 am on Pinellas County's Public Auction website:www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,in accordance with Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes,the following described property:
Condominium Unit No. 1008 of Enclave at Sabal Pointe, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 15143, page 343, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
