NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 24, 2012, and entered in 11-011413-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE D WILLOUGHBY A/K/A MICHELLE D. KEHOE F/K/A MICHELLE D. WEBBER; JOSEPH KEHOE; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56 OF TRENTWOOD MANOR, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 64 AND 65 ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
